All rates listed below are by the hour, with a 3-hour minimum. Security deposit (⅓ of rental) is required for all rentals, to hold the date. Use of the auditorium requires rental of the lobby.

LOBBY ONLY - $150/hour or $75/hour for nonprofits.

This rental includes the following:

​

• Main lobby (Area = 743 sf; Maximum capacity = 206)

• Box office (for ticketing, greeting, etc.)

• Bar (including a sink, a beverage cooler, and serving counter)

• Four (4) unisex, patron restrooms

• Water fountain access

• Side hallway access (for caterer staging)

• Table for food presentation: (1) 6ft, folding, and (2) 5ft folding

• Four (4) high-top tables with cloths (white)

• Three (3) seating areas, accommodating approximately 5 people each

• TNT's photo staging area, with TNT logo backdrop

• One (1) large round marble table

• Some extra informal seating can be provided by TNT

• One (1) TNT representative

Rental assumes an open bar with renter-provided, free drinks and bartender. No alcohol sales allowed.

If paid concession preferred, TNT will provide all drinks and retain all concessions sales for the event. Those charges are:

• TNT-provided bartender = $50, one-time fee

• Access to backstage Kitchen = $50, one-time fee

TERRIFIC NEW THEATRE - $500/hour or $250/hour for non-profits

This rental includes all amenities noted for the LOBBY (above) and

AUDITORIUM, plus back-stage access. LOBBY must be included in the

total rental package. Details are LOBBY (above) and the following:

• Access to the auditorium through the main lobby

• Capacity: 100 seats

• 42ft wide x 25ft deep stage

• One (1) podium

• One (1) sound and lighting technician to provide basic needs, like

                  (overhead lights, making space in the front row for wheelchair

                    access, ambient music).

• Needs beyond this basic package = TECH PACKAGE (below)

• Two (2) backstage dressing rooms, accommodating 6 people each

• Two (2) backstage restrooms

• One (1) backstage lounge area

• Large loading dock, from parking lot into the theater’s backstage area

• Two (2) parking spaces - behind the building, off of the alley

• One (1) TNT representative

 

EXTRA CHARGE: Kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, and small eating area = $50, one-time fee

                                 NOTE: No food is allowed in the auditorium at any time. If food will be served as part of the event, the

TECH PACKAGE

This add-on includes:

• Two (2) Handheld, wireless microphones and two (2) mic stands

• Use of TNT’s projector (mounted in the lighting grid)

  • NOTE: TNT does not have a projection screen.

• Lighting operator - $50/hour (may fluctuate, depending on available personnel)

  • Available to coordinate stage lighting, with instruction from the renter

  • Meet with the event coordinator, prior to the event, to create the necessary lighting “looks” needed on the stage.

  • Outside lighting equipment must be approved by Terrific New Theatre before being brought into the space.

• Sound operator - $50/hour (may fluctuate, depending on available personnel)

  • Available to provide and setup microphones on the stage

  • Available to add renter-provided music – if needed

  • Meet with event coordinator, prior to event, to secure sound files and instructions

  • Outside sound equipment must be approved by Terrific New Theatre before being brought into the space.

 

EXTENDED rentals, or multiple dates usage, will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and may be available for a discounted rate. Also, TNT reserves the right to retain all concessions sales for the event.
