The action takes place in a run-down nightclub in Trujillo, Honduras. Third-rate impresario Pepe Hernandez brashly announces that he is bringing a group of famous international cabaret stars to perform in town. He persuades the local Coca-Cola bottling plant to back the show in exchange for some blatant product placement. With no stars willing to make the journey or ruin their reputation, Pepe is forced to substitute his untalented family and palm them off as the celebrities. It’s showtime for Pepe’s disastrous production of Parada de Estrellas (Parade of the Stars).

It's the REAL THING!
